Oil cooling machine
Lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, machine tool spindle and hydrostatic pressure system and other special oil coolers (also known as cold oil machine, constant temperature tank, hydraulic tank coolers, spindle oil coolers).

2, microcomputer control, a variety of intelligent protection, with fault location alarm display; Provide passive contact and remote control (optional), optional RS485 communication interface, intelligent interconnection and other functions, can be connected with the control system of machine tools, constitute a closed loop monitoring, improve system reliability. Optional repeater to connect to the cloud for remote intelligent monitoring and operation, convenient maintenance.
3, with conventional precision, high precision control and variable frequency model optional, oil temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃, ±0.5℃, ±0.1℃ respectively.
4, the machine is complete, cooling capacity covering 0.6~260KW. Applicable to various departments of different requirements and working conditions;
A. It has two temperature control modes of "room temperature homology" and "temperature fixed" at the same time, which can be converted according to actual needs.
B. Hot and cold models are optional. Heat when the oil temperature is lower than 10℃ and stop heating when it reaches 13℃. In addition, high temperature units can be customized.

(2) The temperature control mode of the unit is divided into two types: fixed temperature and room temperature harmonization. Users can choose to adjust and convert according to their needs. The lower limit of the two temperature control modes is 15 ° C, and T*=-9 ° C to +9 ° C.
(3) The heating capacity refers only to LOR cold and hot units. The heating capacity is based on the ambient temperature of 13℃ and the oil inlet temperature of 13℃. (optional)
